1. What cookies do
Cookies are small files saved by your browser. Similar technologies can send information to a service provider without saving a cookie. Depending on the service, this information can include your IP address, browser or device details, online identifiers and activity. A session cookie normally expires when the browser session ends; a persistent cookie remains until its expiry or deletion.
2. Website operation and security
WordPress may use cookies for login, authentication, administration and saved preferences, particularly when authorised staff sign in. Typical WordPress names include wordpress_test_cookie, wordpress_logged_in_* and wp-settings-*. These are examples of platform cookies, not a claim that every visitor receives them.
The contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 to help distinguish people from automated abuse. It can send technical and interaction information to Google and use cookies or similar technologies for risk analysis. Blocking reCAPTCHA may prevent the online form from working. You can instead email az.oc.rebleknahojobfsctd-4ce516@ofni or telephone +27 (0) 83 463 2045.

3. Google Analytics
The website loads Google Analytics through a Google tag to measure visits and website activity. This is separate from the information you enter in the enquiry form. Analytics can process page visits, referrers, device information, approximate location and online identifiers.
Common Google Analytics cookies include _ga, which distinguishes browsers, and _ga_*, which maintains session information. Google documents a default lifetime of two years for these cookies; actual expiry can change with configuration, browser restrictions and subsequent visits. These are documented defaults, not measured expiry values for your browser.
More information: Google Analytics cookie usage.

4. Maps and external services
The Contact page embeds Google Maps, which connects your browser to Google when it loads. Google may receive your IP address and browser details and use cookies or similar technologies. Links to YouTube and social platforms take you to services with their own privacy practices. If a video or other external player is opened, that provider may also receive information.
Google services may process information outside South Africa. See our Privacy Policy for the POPIA transfer requirements and privacy-request contact. Google’s Privacy Policy and cookie information explain its own services.

5. Your choices
The website currently loads Google Analytics and the embedded map on relevant pages and does not provide an on-site cookie-preference panel. This policy explains the current services; it is not a consent mechanism. Simply continuing to browse does not constitute consent to all processing. Where consent is required, it must be obtained separately.
You can use your browser’s privacy settings to inspect, delete or block cookies and restrict third-party content. Deleting cookies does not stop them being created again on a later visit unless you also block them. Some website features may stop working when cookies or scripts are blocked.
Google offers an Analytics browser opt-out add-on for supported browsers. It is an external tool and does not block every Google service. For directions without loading the embedded map, use the address: R513 East, Doxa Deo Rd, Derdepoort, Pretoria, 0035, South Africa.
